Wedding Package for 2024 - $6000

​

 

• Access at 8 AM on Friday before the wedding until 12 PM (Noon) the Sunday following

• 200 white, plastic padded chairs

• 22, 8 ft. rectangular tables

• 1, 40 inch round table

• 4, 32 inch round cocktail tables

• 1, 24 inch round table - Waist height

• Parking service beginning 1 hour prior to your ceremony (or reception) including golf cart.

• John Deere Tractors & Custom built wagon rides for your guests upon arrival from their vehicle to the ceremony location beginning 1 hour prior to your ceremony/reception start time.

• Private wedding preparation room - Capacity 10

• Orchard staff sets up chairs for ceremony at your desired location on the Wea Creek Orchard property and moves them into the barn for your guests after the ceremony.

• Bridal Party Wagon and Tractor for bridal party to be escorted 15 minutes prior to ceremony to the ceremony location. 

• Trash service provided - cans with liners, changed and managed throughout the event

• Space for yard games​

• Two Wooden Barrels

• Ultra-quiet 3000 watt portable generator

 

+ clients responsible for table cloths (tables are 8' x 30" x 30")
